The metropole looks lovely and works well now it's up. The 3 star rating is because there were a few problems along the way with the pillar brackets we used with it. Rebecca was brilliant however at sorting it all out for us and we wouldn't hesitate to use Ritetrack again.

I bought 3 silent gliss 6130 tracks with wave roĺlers, the product is great. I also saved roughly 20% from the full price. Service was also good, my initial order had a scratch and I received a replacement at nil cost with no quibbles.

Would have given this a 5* review but for the poor engineering of the pillar mounting parts. As an engineer I fortunately had the expertise to overcome the problem.
The internal screw boss did not sit down far enough to engage the cover, (which necessitated having to tap deeper (re thread internally) and countersink), to enable the boss to become closer to the back plate, also the back plate screws were not always square to the plate and being fixed would not allow them to be re-aligned, albeit once all screwed together and the pole in situ the alignment was OK, but not ideal.
The silver finish on the pillars was adequate but would not stand knocking about as is a little brittle, so need to take care whilst handling.
The gliders work perfectly using hand pulled medium weight curtains, but I perhaps should have invested in the corded design for the benefit of simpler operation.
"Rite Track" do though deserve the full 5* accolade, as all pre questions and details were expertly and very professionally executed, with a great price and delivery. I would without any reservation give them my full recommendation.

Very pleased with the curtain rail which fits the bay window perfectly, has a good quality and straightforward fixing mechanism and the curtains glide smoothly round the bends, unlike with our previous rail!

I ordered this pole and a number of other items and they arrived promptly. I have not yet put them up as the curtains are still being made, so cannot comment on the product itself. However, the customer service I received prior to the purchase was incredible. We have an unusual shaped window with a number of constraints for the normal operation of curtains and our curtains are being made in India, so it was far from a standard order. However, the advice and support I received was brilliant, Rebecca went to every effort to understand our set up and make sure that we ordered a product that would work for us. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to use Rite Track again. Many thanks for a superior customer experience!
